RS4 Insurance

Post by xelr8 » Mon Jan 15, 2007 10:57 am

Hi Everyone

I'm thinking of buying one of these.
Just wondered who's the cheapest for Insurance?

I've had a quote from Privilidge for 3 named drivers of £800 is this cheap?

Many thanks
Leon

Hi Andy

Yes thats who I got my quote from!
Is that protected?
I'm 37 with full no claims.
Your quote seems very cheap! How did you get it that low?

Thanks for the replys so far

Age, location, garaged, tracker, no points, no accidents ... includes biz travel...

try it online

correction £502.95p

One more thing, having a spouse/partner brings the cost down

Hi All

Thanks for the advice.
I went for A Plan in the end.
£890 for 3 named drivers which I didn't think was too bad?

I've now got the car so I'll post some pics when I have a chance to clean the Beast

Try Bell Direct www.belldirect.co.uk, I am in a similar situation (<30, 7 NCB, 6 points) and have had pretty good quotes off them in the past. My RS4 is currently around £1200 and I had my 996 insured with them before that...

Although the main factor is your postcode, when I moved house recently that knocked off around £300...

damn. I paid 550 with Admiral 1 month ago, same quote as Noel Dazzy. 32 6yrs ncb, no points.

Privilige online quoted 442. Sounds like a good 1 to go for if your a well behaved driver like me !
All BLOW and no GO.........
