did you change the battery and then cleared the error codes?

You need to relearn the throttle position. Turn the ignition on (don't start the engine) and don't touch the accelerator pedal for 20 seconds. The throttle body should cycle to learn the positions.

The rest are probably due to low voltage. Clear them all and see what comes back.

/Edit: just saw you might have tried that already. Try it again, anyway.

Wow, your last post was in 2009! Forum ninja!
Use the VCDS to do a throttle body adaptation without the engine running and key at on position. DO NOT TOUCH ACCELERATOR PEDAL.
Click on Select control module, select 01 engine, then click on basic settings, on the next screen you'll find a drop down menu - the throttle body adaptation is in there. Try to do it with the engine fully cold. Use the set position button and then don't touch anything, wait at least 30secs then switch off set position, if it errors, try again. If this doesn't cure your problem then you'll need a new throttle body.

Guys, I had been doing the throttle body reset on the Cupra R since getting it as it is actually beneficial on those and actually don't have much on today so I went and did both the Shopp guide and the Bam guide. Gave me an excuse to go out and spank her for 20 minutes after, I had forgotten what kickdown actually did, being that long since I didn't use Tiptro. Only lost the brakes once Shopp, hopefully that didn't kill your spare pads too much dear.

I took 2 screengrabs after running the adaptation twice in fact, for the hell of it. Are those values what you would expect to see?

Thanks.

I checked mine the other day and the throttle was opening to 98%. What is yours opening to when you check in measuring blocks with the engine off?

Those were all done with the engine off, stone cold. Will go and have another look if you want? Can you remember the number(s) of the measuring block(s)? Sorry if being a muppet.

Group 62.

Tell us what the 4 zones say not touching the pedal and full throttle.

No, that's correct for a TB adaptation. 14.1+85.9=100 and 15.6+84.4=100 I'm pretty sure these positions are correct for engine off. The adaption is on block 60. Logging throttle opening will be on block 62.

Sorry, I wasn't being clear. I was talking about the values in the measuring blocks.

Lol, mong.

Mong again in reply to Bam's reply as I didn't cotton at all about the 100% sum of the two values.......

Right, the values you asked for:
