The old girl has left

Post by Ryan_Pestell » Sat Jul 14, 2012 11:24 am

The rs6 went this morning and I must say although I'm not that sad to see it go, I don't know what it is about someone else driving your car away that makes you wonder if you've made the right choice.

The rs6 ownership was quite brief for me but there is no doubting there awesome machines.

I'll probably still hang around here like a bad smell though even though I don't own one anymore.

Know how you feel mate - I still get a lump in the throat whenever I see my old one up at MRC - and I've got another one to play with!

Yours was a machine with a history, so yeah, hang about and see how she fares.

What's next??

Dave

PS - Oh, and before the spelling police get here, I'd correct "there" (they're) if I were you!! :sekret:

You don't sell car everyday, hence the strange feeling about making the right choice. And lets face it,the RS6 is not an ordinary car...

You leave the spelling mistake where it is
previous- Pug 205 gti, 306 gti, 309 gti Goodwood.
Audi S3, S4 V8 avant.
Porsche Macan Turbo.
Gone but NEVER forgotten - C5 RS6 Misano red avant.

Now - Empty garage

If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there!

On a selfish note, I'm gonna miss out on the HID wiring you were planning.

Hope the replacement is worthy.
