Actually looking at the last 2 pics of the Green, it looks very smart. Amazing how good quality pics can change the appearance of a car.

Hate to sound like a total arse but is this forum just going to get filled with threads about random RS6 cars for sale? If so then please let me know and I'll get my coat .....

Makes a change from all the chav crap about noisy exhausts, logo'd mats and my cars faster than a 'insert some POS hot hatch here' posts that have been on the go recently for a while I thought I'd logged into scoobynet!

Really, so the fact that the vast majority of folks on here already own a S/RS of some sort means that you want to sit here and comment randomly about random cars for sale, for the sake of talking about them? Some like loud exhausts, some like quite ones, some would like tastefully done logo'd mats (if they exist....) and some wouldn't, some like theyr cars to be looking as standard/unassuming as possible and some like to try to stand out from the crowd of bajillions of Audis on the road.

Whatever floats your boat but I just don't get the interest in posting random cars up. When it is your car you are talking about, problems etc etc then fine, but not sure of the point of repeated posts about have you seen this car have you seen that car. Long week, mildly got the arse but there you go......

/Edit. I couldn't agree more about Scoobynet but I haven't been posting on there in years or browsing. Back years ago, it used to be a more exclusive club, with either new UK models being owned or nicer specced high end imports and we would have good, useful discussion along with some fun banter. Then the prices of the 2nd hand ones started to drop, the nasty sheds got imported and the place became an utter chavfest as a result due to pikeys buying them, treating them like <beep> and slapping full body rally Stickers all over them, nice......

What do you expect from a car forum?? i thought they were to discuss the following......


Appropriate brand and models whether they are for sale or past and future models.
Cars related to that brand which are for sale.
Issues/Technical fixes.
Off topic chat such as gadgets, computer games etc.....
Women.

You ain't going nowhere Footlong, put your coat back down and your feet up. What else do you think we are supposed to do to occupy ourselves until you post some photos of your new wheels? Work, don't be silly. Now let me educate the kid.

Adam - Although you could order a plus in whatever colour you wanted from Audi exclusive this was rare, they only really came in sprint, black or silver. The interior on this isn't a 'plus' one, they were usually natural leather or a panda one like mine, the exhausts aren't plus ones (they are black) the grill is silver etc etc, there is a small chance it might be a plus, but I just have a strong feeling it isn't. Call the guy and ask him what # is in the plaque if you like.

Thanks for the lesson Mr Amar i think i might ring the dealer, interesting as some dealers know naff all about the cars they sell.

Don't get me wrong I like to talk about......well actually out of Gadgets, computer games and women I can only vouch for the latter....

This forum has provided me a huge amount of info and solved a lot of issues (Dipper your leaking rear washer got the same result). If there are 2 Goodwood 6's then sweet but I only really need to know If they have any issues and then hear Shop's uncanny ability to diagnose said issues.

Pps my exhaust is loud, I would buy tastefully logo'd rs6 mats and my car is faster than (insert hot hatch here)
