An American with a question about my RS6

Hello everyone,
This is my 1st post, and I must say what a great site. I am an owner of 03' RS6, purchased last year, 08/10. I have not stopped molesting her since I bought it.
She is Ebony/Black, with CF interior. With out getting too detailed, I was able to come across a complete RS6 engine/Level10 custom trans with full DBR Stage 3 race kit....So I bit and bought the wreck(totalled passenger side), swapped engines(my current DBR engine has 53k miles, original was 74k) and the level10 had 3k miles total.
In addition, she has KWv3's, Wagners, Forged DV w/ Yellows, Hotchkiss F/R, stage 3 Snow Meth, and BBS GT-R 19"s.
I know the tuning Shop that did the original DBR set up, and as far as I know one of only handful that sells Dahlback in the USA. The kit and trans installed for PO was $40k(nuts), but I stole it for what i paid, and ability to sell my extra cosworth and trans.
When PO had car dyno'ed tuned on a Maha, the car made 620/788 at the crank. Since my swap I have not had car dyno'ed, but I feel it was never remotely tuned correctly by the DBR rep/tuner(the ex co owner of the Shop basically told me as much)
Here is a link and it shows the PO car, the DBR kit installed and the dyno sheet:

So, I spoke with Rich today via email, I know state side there are several RS6 owners who love thier Viper tune, Rich's solution is for me to ship my extra ECU, have him install a chip, ship back and remotely tune, and given the lack of any good roads where I live(central Jersey shore) I likely will rent a dyno for day.
Have any of you remotely tuned with Rich and was it easy? More to the point, I have worked with another tuner state side in past, he refuse to do it this way, as he feels I should ship my car to him, or fly him to me in order to properly map, given diff turbos, fueling etc..
Any input greatly appreciated.
Stephen
PS I know Rich is on this site and I plan on using his services, I just want to be prepared.

Welcome and FON before I forget. Looks like an interesting set of rings you have there my friend. Whats that splitter off originally? Ive seen one with a one off a Cupra before but not sure what that's from. Look forward to seeing what you do with her. I bet your compatriates sh*te themselves when they see and hear you coming in that.

The splitter is from Japan. A member of RS6.com had it and paid a bundle when he shipped it to the states. He sold his beast and I was able to get it pretty cheap. Its constructed 1/2 glass with overlaid CF. I ran into B5 S4 once(usually its the infinitis or the acura's that try), and we rolling 60, stepped on it and was @ 140mph, he was about a car length and half back...it wasnt fair. I did go toe to toe with a Black/AMG, very fast cars. We were trying to open it up, but kept running into traffic, and I'm not a fan of killing anyone else.

FON.

That splitter form Yapan is only one of two IIRC, did it use to be installed on an Avus silver saloon?
I like the CTS-V, it is ugly but it's looks match its performance, brutal. A proper modern muscle car.

Si on the splitter.....as for the V it is different, ugly, well I rather say mean. Car is getting some goodies next month, so I will have a 620/660 at the wheels.....only 1 problem, my RS6 likely beats this, the V takes a lot of practice to keep the wheels from spinning, where as if I brake boost the RS, not a chance for the V.
