Automatic opened windows...

Post by mavada » Sun Jun 19, 2011 7:04 am

Yesterday in my garage i discovered all my windows were open while doors locked, no alarm heard....the car hasnt hit the road for some weeks. maybe my keys got pressed in my pocket (if thats possible, with a combination of holding some buttons or just one on my key the windows automatically open)...or the car invites my to take her for a drive after a month of doing nothing...i hope it doesnt happen when parked somewhere else outside my garage.

It's happened to me before as well - not sure exactly why it happened, but I had my key fob in my pocket too, which is what I put it down to at the time. It seems a weird feature, I can't think why you'd ever want to have the car locked with the windows wide open, even on a hot day, since you have air con - unless you're after an insurance claim...

"So, at the time of the theft, when you left it in Toxteth, had you ensured that your vehicle was locked?"

"Technically, yes..."

Quite often with the missus and boy in the car, I get out to go get/collect something and 'forget' they're in there(!) To save me running back etc. etc., I can just unlock the car, hold the unlock button down and lower the windows a bit all from a distance. Dead handy on a hot day and saves them setting the alarm off as well.

Further, this feature works the other way - i.e. you get home, you get out lock the car and as you look back at the car (c'mon we all do it; looks meaner the further away you are, lol!) you notice a window is open ajar. Well, to save running back to the car, unlocking it, opening the door, doing up the window, closing the door and locking it again (and breathe) you can just press lock AGAIN and just hold it down - this will do up any/all windows that are open without returning to the car.

Personally I find it very very handy. But I ALWAYS take the keys out of my jeans pockets because of this feature.

I used to love this feature, it closes the sunroof too and makes me look well 'ard. I'm always getting girls hitting on me straight after I do it too. I just ignore them though, I treat 'em mean and they're always waiting for me on the flipside. When I return, I hold the unlock button so all the windows come down, the girls go crazy and just start tearing my clothes off, it's getting boring now. I've had to replace my whole wardrobe three times this summer already.
I really wished girls liked me for my massive cock, awesome abdominal muscles, huge arms and amazing facial bone structure but it seems all they want is the remote windows feature.
I wish I'd never discovered the feature, It has made my life unbearable, I'm gunna switch it off.
No matter where you go, there you are.
