anybody had there renewal in

just got mine today with changes!!!!!

price gone up by a tenner a mth
new policy not 'luxury ' but 'extra care'
nothing over 13yrs and or 130,000 miles

not gone into the policy properly yet so yet to find any other issue's.

what do you think out there????

nothing surprises me with warranty company costs and small print !!!!
mine took an age trying to find a cheaper option than renewing the whole abs module which caused an MOT fail , so long that i had to pay a second MOT fee , and they accepted they caused the cost , but used small print which excludes any costs caused by delay , great business to be in .......

I've had most claim's paid out on with them , Even £7k for a engine but after alot of hard work and the owner taking action..
