is it an idea to make a list showing garages that we should avoid because of scams and related agreements are not respected?
eg name, place, what happened.

With the odd exception, any garage that looks like a silver aircraft hanger with the words Audi emblazend in a blindingly obvious fashion should should be on that list...Funnily enough there is already a site that shows most of the crap garages..

they-ve promised to send me parts for my car when i bought it and the drc noises were present while making a test drive (didnt know at the time the noise was coming from drc) they solved that (temporarily filling knowing it was leaking) so the next test drive was perfect.
Now its making noise again.
Although i bought it without warranty, they delivered a car with known faults...and still waiting for the parts after numerous phonecalls/emails...

sounds like a pre-exisiting condition so the garage that sold it is required by law to fix it. Worth checking out the guidance on honestjohn.co.uk.

all dealers, by experience.
NO - not all. Camberley have an excellent and well deserved reputation. Ask for Rob and he will generally sort you out a solution.
Obviously they are not as cheap as an Indie - but if you need a main dealer (eg Audi warranty work or to keep FASH) then they are very reliable.
And no - I don't get a kick-back from them!

I would agree. Rob at Camberely Audi really knows his stuff and is really helpful with warranty stuff.
Just washed and polished and a f.....g seagull obliterated the beast.

+1 vote for Rob (and Martin, and Stuart who actually wields the spanners) at Camberley Audi. Really good guys, always try to help, know their stuff and give helpful, honest advice.
No connection - I'm just a customer.
