Ive had soms mot work on the Vulva 945 1992, so the 6 had to go outside the garage.
Ive had plans tot sell the 6, hardly driven and garaged for longer periods.
Kind of lost the love for it not seeing the 6 that often outside.
Ive even looked at a replacement for the 6, in the form of a Datsun 240Z or 280Z with a manual box.
Almost bought one...
Like so:

Bit more custrom:

Getting older seems to have an effect on the taste of cars, more towards oldtimers, more analogue.
And the 945 and my wifes Evoque as a daily, an oldtimer could be a replacement.

But seeing the 6 outside made me doubt. And im still in doubt what to do with it.
Its such a nice vehicle.

Yeah. I hear what you are saying about the older cars. I've got a list of young timers that I want to add to the collection, but the longer I wait, the more expensive they become. Definitely a E30 325i. Got a soft spot for Mk1 Golfs... The list goes on and on.

The Datsun is a good call. I think I'll start with a 60's Mustang. Then maybe a quirky French car like a DS. Need a bigger budget.

Hi Ben,

Funny you mention the mk1 golf.
Ive looked at a mk1 with a bergcup body and a 1.8 agu turbo engine.
But the bodykit was a bit too much for me:)
The DS, Yeah thats in another league. Some say the most beautiful car ever made, But i think ill miss the sportivity.
Theres the SM of course, but they are €€€€$$$$
And the P1800 Volvo, also €€€$$$$

Have looked at an oval beetle from '53 and a karmann ghia from '62 also, But il miss the kick in the back...
Advantage of those 50+ year old cars, theyre mot and tax free over here👍
Just insurance and petrol:)

You've just got to forget about performance with old cars like that. That's not the point. Or if you want something with decent performance from that era then you'd have to 1) spend silly money and 2) bulk buy underpants.

Hey Dunc, yes unfortunately recently sold to finish my house build.

Loved ownership of it.

I fitted some 10x20 Oz Ultraleggera's just before I sold it (I sold it on the anthracite OEM wheels)

Here are some pics throughout my ownership.

It got compliments everywhere I went, off young and old, and even non car people. ImageImageImageImageImageImage

Gotta be a hard core petrol-head to own a car like an RS6 in Norway. Kudos.

They are for sale here. 😎

They are ET35 and I think had a 5mm spacer there in the pics iirc.

I only brought them for a quick spin after a test fit and they didn't rub.
