I've always fed my car the V-Power and it does give a few extra miles per tank.
I too wouldn't feed her anything else

Mine always performed better on Tesco99 than it did on v-bastard. Not mpg, but who gives a flying badgers crack about that?

I'm starting to see a lot of 100 octane pumps in Germany. Can you get this in the netherlands?
Hold on, I'm confused about shell V-Power now. This from the shell uk site:
Shell V-Power is a high octane fuel (99 RON) designed to help maximize the performance of many modern engines with adaptive spark timing capacity.
Holland:
Shell V-Power is een brandstof met een hoog oktaangetal (97 RON) die de prestaties van vele motoren maximaliseert.
This from the french site:
Shell V-Power est un carburant avec un indice d'octane élevé (NOR 100+) qui a été conçu pour maximiser la performance des moteurs modernes équipés d'une correction d'avance.
100+ insane! Who'd have thought the French would get the best octane fuel...

yes 100 would be great!!! Ive put shell v-power in the RS6 but while i was doin gthat, i saw: shell v-power 95...

so whats the differende between plain 95 and v-power 95??? just to clean the engine as its said to do???
so i stopped fuelling after 13 liters and went to another gasstation where they had 98...
it literally said on the pump shell v-power 95...strange on their side they say its 97 or so...
But how can i say if i put 98 in my car, if its really 98, i cant control it, i think there are stations which make a profit of that saying its 98 but actually it is maybe just 95 while paying for the more expensive 98...

Yes, this is a big problem. And it happens more than you would think. It totally pisses me off. All you can do is cross your fingers and avoid the smaller stations.
The only way you can tell is by looking at your ignition advance and knock detector sensors using the vagcom. Not very convenient.

yes, but the bigger station are a lot more expensive, but yes, maybe they do deliver 98. i recently did it at a gasstation called Elan (part of total) but maybe thats not available in the UK. i paid 1,60 euros per liter 98...

Define more expensive? A couple of cents per litre that may equal a couple of euros per fill up... OR possible engine damage/loss of power?
No brainer.
