My 'little induglence' is a Jaguar XJR-S, complete with a 6.0 V12. Suprisingly it's less thirsty than the 6... The pics are from when I bought it about 6 months ago.

I am stoopid but posting a picture of my 'ho on the internet? I ain't dumb enough for that.

I'd hate to drop a spanner into that engine bay, you'd need a motor pull just to get it back!

lol, did that a little while back with the RS6. You know those 2 little round metal clip thingummy whatsits that hold the carbon effect plastic cover on? Well, I dropped one into the engine bay and suffice to say it never came out the bottom and never has. To make matters worse, when I went back inside the house sulking, the missus asked what was wrong, so I explained it all to her but she couldn't quite understand what I was on about (happens alot, lol) so I took her outside to show her. Well, I uclipped the one remaining thingy to show her what I'd done and then dropped that <beep> in there as well!!! That one bloody vanished as well... Makes me laugh now, but I wasn't laughing at the time...

Same here, I removed the front RS6 grill badge for cleaning (the amount of crap behind it was shocking). Anyway, pulled on the clip only to see it pop out of my fingers, I juggled it two or three times before it fell into the engine bay making a dozen pinging noises on the way through... did it emerge at the bottom.... nup.

hehe, the juggling's the worst part. You just know it's gonna go but you have to try anyway... like a missed catch in a cricket match. I'd rather it just fell cleanly, lol.
