Unt 20 & Martin

I wanted to thank all at Unit 20 for the work they did during my two visits 20th and 24th August.
I wasn't sure what to expect, but I 've found these guys to be sensible, knowledgeable, professional and helpful.
They have an ability and a willingness to discuss the issues and your car with you in a way which is becoming increasingly rare at main dealers, and do not seem to have the chip that most service personnel seem to carry on their shoulders these days.
They hold certain commonly used parts that Audi will charge YOU to have delivered because THEY choose not to carry the inventory.
Martin was also pretty tactful when it came to the bill, and great with both the pre and after service on the telephone.
