Has anyone ever changed the GPS antenna, whip aerial with a sharkfin aerial ? Does anyone know the proceedure for removing it ? what the wirings like (fakra ?) etc...

Why not go for a much easier (and cheaper) solution? I purchased this aerial on Ebay for 10 bucks. I's not as nice as a sharkfin but it looks much better than the original.

good idea got a link ? the real issue is mine doesn't work! but I have an internal one on the dash which although looks bad seems to get me at least a decent reception.

Got mine today too.

My ariel got bent a few months ago, I fitted a new one. I never listen to am but can't pick anything up.

I fitted this new one and no different. FM works whether it is screwed it on not.

Any ideas?

Does am use the same ariel?
