It has been discussed on here previously.
Wheels aren't 20s, not sure if the Phatnoise was a factory option. The small dent on the wing isn't unnoticable if he actually noticed it (redundant statement).
Notes from other members revolved around consumables and DRC I think.
I thought it was good value. It's in Essex, give AmD a call to see if they can look the car over, if the seller won't allow it then maybe it's best to walk away.

I think it looks like a brilliant deal. Seems very tidy and low miles.

But as usual you need to inspect and look at the mechanics.

The seller has not bumped the ad very much at all since I first saw it weeks ago! Suggests a pseudo trader?

EDIT To be fair BB he says the dent is "hardly noticable" as opposed to unnoticable. At least he mentions it. Also that doesn't look like a "sports upgrade exhaust", not one I can recognise anyway.

Too right, he does say 'hardly noticable', I was half asleep when I wrote that. I also missed the new discs as well. I think you should do it Chunky, go and check it out. It ticks a lot of boxes for me.

2004 model
Awesome colour
Low mileage
Only a few owners
Sunroof
ALU inserts

I think it adds up on paper, defo ask if it's still on DRC and what the story is with that (unless it's your first upgrade) as it looks lower than standard. Unless those 5 spokers really are 20s.

Hi Dunc

The wheels are 19" not 20" read off a close up of the tyre in the wheel pic.

Full Audi service history, which dealerships and when easy one to check up on.

How long has he owned the car ?
HPI clear ? get a full report about £25
As bam bam has already suggested see if he is happy to let AMD inspect it.

Not teaching you the suck eggs mate just reminding you of the basics

If all's good that's a lot of car.

Apart from the amd inspection what you have mentioned is pretty much what i put in the email to him. Can't get down to look at it this weekend so not going to push him tonight. Cheers for the post though, it's alway's good to see what other people would ask.
I asked for the reg so i could check the service history and get a hpi check done.

Just bought this.
53000 miles
1 owner
FASH

Paid £13,000 as that was all the dealer offer to PX, as I knew him got it for the same price

It had knackered DRC's and needed cambelt and a few other bits, which I have now sorted.

Still it was cheap. They are out there as the dealers are not really interested.

dealers will not want to take on stock that will just sit there ... Things are gonna get really slow and the focus on cash will increase

Good opportunity to make cheeky offer on these cars to private sellers who wants to get shot

Guessing by the chrome grill surrounds I'm going to say, '02-early 03. I have zero evidence to base this on, I just thought the later models were most likely taken with optics or had them standard.
I agree with Chunky too, that's an awesome deal for a 53k miler, regardless of the cammy and the DRC. For that price I'd slam it into storage, let it age like fine wine.... or I'd drive it into the ground.

It's a 53 plate, I have so far spent around 4k on it but it is now as I want it and it's running like a dream.........at the moment anyway!

You have got a good car and now at the spec you want for a good price.
I have just lost out on the rs6 i put a deposit on. The guy is going to have to put it back up for sale now as i still haven't sold my s4.
So at some point (hopefully) i will be on the look out for a 54 plate, daytona with a sunroof.

Good luck with the ownership wiresplitter and get loads of pic's up
