Bring back hanging

With parliament in disarray, lets go back to having the Queen rule and while we're at it bring back capital punishment.
Can I be the one that kicks the stool out from under the a-hole that smashed my avant rear windscreen and stole my rucksack yesterday evening in Holborn?

yep and hang the <beep> up by their left one who got into my car last week and stole my sunglasses out the glove box.

When you say rope, would piano wire be more appropriate?
