DRC (again - sorry!)

I'm sure this has been asked many times but I'm new to this forum so please forgive my ignorance. I've tried searching but the threads are very long in the main
So..... could anyone tell me if they have experience of independant warranty companies providing for coilover conversions in place of DRC replacements, assuming there to be a financial benefit to them for this
For reference I'm with WarrantyWise and have cover for all parts (in theory anyway!)
Thanks for any info.

You'll just have to try. I don't think there are any firm rules. Hopefully your warranty company will jump at the chance of putting a cheaper coilover solution on there. Depends what the diagnostic is from Audi. If they say that one strut is leaking, it will be cheaper for the warranty company to replace that one leaking strut. If it's all 4 then it's a different matter.

My warranty with Motorcare Warranties (Gold Cover) were happy to fix the DRC despite me offering to put coilovers on. Horses for courses i guess.....their policy tends to work off the basis of a like for like replacement.....

Cheers guys, will see what happens when Audi have had a look at it, currently I'm just staring at a few puddles of damper oil on the floor!
For reference I was a little suprised that local dealer network refused to consider direct dealing with independant warranty companies but they seem to have had trouble being reimbursed in the past

My Motorcare Warranty only paid for the shocks and capped the labour rate. So Audi wanted me to foot the bill for the central valves (another £2200 at the time). Hey ho, rip and replace.
