squeeking steering column

my rs6 has recently developed an annoying squeek when im cruising from around the steering column, but when i move it, it goes away, is there a part that needs lubricating or what!! its so annoying!! i have the electric memory steering column if that makes any difference, anyone had this problem??????

Yes i have got the very same annoying squeak , my steering column is manual adjustment, can't see anything rubbing.

Thats really strange.....my column started squeekying the other day out of the blue..........

is this a cure?? sounds like the steering wheel has to come off??
