He is a well know petrol head!
Notice the laser detector in the front grille- as if anyone is going to prosecute him!
Can you imagine the scene, plod pulling him over......

This item is actually the dopplar radar for the adaptive cruise contol system!
I bet it's armoured and bullet proof and weighs at least 3 tonnes, so it might not be that fast!
