Because its Audi, most likely. Nothing should be assumed when pricing audi spares.

Phone Grizz at Unit 20. He'll sort you out.

But are there any alternatives?

I assume you're comparing with prices for the fronts, in which case you're mistaken, the rears are cheaper. However, non-drilled are considerably cheaper than drilled for fronts and rears.

The Phaeton rears (undrilled) are cheaper (why???) and fit straight in I believe. Check with Grizz or MRC

Front price sounds about right, but I suspect that dealer has quoted for two pairs on rear.

Try DSGWagen in Doncaster - they are usually pretty low cost, or of course give Grizz or MRC a call.

I have a feeling the Phaeton ones were really cheap (?£68/disk?) so even with the extra cost of a spacer or two, may be the way to go. DK - how much was the whole set up??

it didnt cost any more for a spacer, im not talking about a spacer you'd put on a wheel, i think it was a spacer for the bolt...

they cost me £75 inc vat each from VW grizz just charged labour to fit

The RS6 non-drilled discs aren't that much more than the Phaeton rears IIRC

Spacer as in washer (to make bolt shorter) or sleeve (to make bolt bigger)??

Certainly sounds like the way to go - though they aren't drilled of course

yes thats the one, though not sure which (prob washer)

they can prob be had cheaper from non VW dealer, I tried GSF at the time but they were useless
