Looks very nice indeed! Bit disturbed about the colour comments though - perhaps we ought to bring in some other Daytona owners to see if theirs 'Sparkles purple in the sunlight'?

... errrrr, no. Sparkles, yes, but not purple or green....
Particularly after a most excellent detail from Kelly at KDS. Just remarkable.....

I went for a drive in this car while I when shopping for a '6. It really is mint but the asking price is top whack for a stock C5.
It's standard Daytona though - either he caught it in an unusual light or the photos have a touch of sepia tone ...

Really nice car. The photos dont do the colour justice.
On the price, if you have a mint car then why not?
Take a look at it if you are keen. With these cars a good worth could save you thousands.
It's not the depreciation that will kill you. Most of us that have run these cars for 2 years plus might have lost £10k in depreciation (which you wont) but have spend much more in the running costs - probably £10k in fuel alone!!

wonder if he renewed the warranty? think it says it ran out Dec
if not then thats a real shame and only adds weight to the overpriced argument
thing is, at sub 40k mile is so rare, that if there is just one buyer out there with a big enough wallet and a huge desire for a mint low miler, he could get his price, but its a long shot

Well, it's been on PistonHeads for three or four months ... IIRC his opening price was close to £23,000
