Cheapo MAFs... asking for trouble?

Post by Shoppinit » Sun Oct 11, 2009 11:24 am

I came across these on fleabay:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BRAND-NEW-AUDI-MA ... 43003r2154

But when I read the bad grammer and spelling of the advert it instantly puts me off.

Surely stuff like this that is 25% of the OEM price can't be any good.

Anyone have any experience with these?

I would avoid non genuine MAFs at all costs, however I do know that the Mk4 Golf R32 MAFs are the same as the the C5 RS6 MAFS and are a lot cheaper. Just double check part nos. before ordering.

Yes will be exchange ones

New ones are around £200, and really not worth the extra. Plus VAG don't offer brand new ones for most MAF's now

We have had many hits to our website due to this topic being posted. (We can see all traffic and ip address's where people come from etc)

Just to put everyones mind at rest on this subject...

Driven 2 Automotive parts are not recon or exchange, they are brand new aftermarket parts made in our factory in the usa. Unconfirmed speculation could be taken by slander against our company as its cleary not true. The idea of a forum is to provide other users with Correct True indepandant information and reviews.

We supply hundreads of these parts in the uk, eu and to international countries. We have many dealership/autopart relationships which we cannot mention, as the prices that you see undercut our supplies by a long long way.

We offer all customers the choice, you can buy our parts for sometimes 5 times less than main dealer oem bosch parts. We provide all users with a 12 month warrenty.

Regards
