VREDESTEIN ULTRAC SESSANTA - 265/30

Hi just looking to change all 4 tyres soon and been reading through several posts about going to the 275 option but some people seem abit unsure at the moment with rubbing etc. Would it be abit safer do you think to go for the 265/30 instead or is there any issues with doing this. The prices are all roughly the same within £10ish for the 255, 265, or 275.
