woo hoo

Post by hkfooey » Fri Aug 07, 2009 9:53 am

Picked up the RS6 yesterday :D . Mugello Blue and in mint condition. DRC was sorted the day I took it and inspection revealed no obvious issues with the gearbox or anything like that.

Having never driven one, it was surprisingly quick :o . Not as quick as the Sagaris (probably because it weighs double) but unbelievable torque and ease which it can launch  . Was driving very carefully because I hadn't yet appreciated the power but I am sure at some stage I will put it to the test

Anyway, will put up some pics when I manage to get round to it. Thanks for everyone's advice on the purchase - couldn't have done it without you guys :) I still can't believe what a bargain these cars are - why doesn't everyone have one????

Have a good weekend all.

Ok, the RS6 is more reliable than a TVR. However, it does have its share of problems.

Congrats on the Purchase HKFOOEY, you will be able to get rid of the umbrella now!
