there are some issues with the car after Audi did their health check. Should I be worried about any of these in particular (I think brake pads plus suspension is worrying )

Front wipers smearing
Brake fluid change due
Front discs lipped and pads 35% worn
Rear Discs Badly Lipped and Pads worn 35%
Tyre weld out of date
Both near side shockers slightly leaking
Offside front shocker slightly leaking
Anti roll bar colliers cracked
Gear box sump dented
Both front outer cv boots splitting
Antifreeze due at 60K
Spark plugs due at 60K
Slight oil Leak from cam cover gasket
Poly V belt due at 60K (This has been done at 44K so I don't think it needs doing for a while)
Nearside front inner cv boot slightly leaking grease
Vaccum pipe starting to split

Any advice appreciated .

get £1k - £1.5k off the price and get yourself some coilovers and bin the DRC

THEY are TRYING to sell you THIS????
If thats what they have spotted, Grizz would rip it to shreds. Find another one.

There are plenty of other better examples out there unless you get a heafty discount.

Get 2k off for coilovers & arbs , Another 2 k for 20k service , gearbox service & discs & pads .. Would make a good car
