Yes. Best to replace both even if only one is faulty.

I got an error codes of Bank 2 too rich and O2 sensor heater circuit mal-function. I reckon it is either MAF meter(s) and O2 sensors related so I might just as well change both??

Error codes stating Bank 1 nd 2 running too Rich and O2 sensor malfunction.
Had the 2 x MAFs and 2 x O2 sensor replaced (rear). No more errors in the first few days but had "the Bank 2 running too Rich" two weeks ago. I cleared the code and all went well but the same error came back yesterday.
Any clue? Have the other 2 O2 sensors replaced or the N75?
Thank you.
Any clue?

If you are still needing new MAFs then the Mk4 R32 MAF is a direct fit for the RS6 C5 (both electrically and physically) and they are sooo much cheaper.
