RE: aero wipers
i wouldn't touch those - i bought them and they only lasted a few months before the plastic fitment that attaches them to the wiper arm cracked and then broke leaving the blade flapping around in the breeze...
I splashed out and bought some pukka Audi ones - they were 'only' 30 something quid.

RE: aero wipers
I've no idea if I've got aeros on just now or not. Can anyone post up a piccy?

RE: aero wipers
I've got Aero wipers on mine, best £80.00 I've spent on the car.
The standard wipers are rubbish.
The Aeros are so good that I've been wondering how long it will take for the wiper motor to burn out !!
I hope I never have to put them on at 160mph !!
While we're on about wipers is there an aero wiper conversion for the rear of an avant ?

RE: aero wipers
Hi Alex,
You enjoying being back in Cornwall ?
Last time I saw Grizz he had an Aero wiper arm which I was going to have fitted but it was designed to park on the wrong side of the screen and if we put it on the same side as the standard one it was upside down and didn't look right.
I tried to get my old rear arm off recently as the rear wiper has started making a grinding noise, but its as tight as fook on the spindle so will have to find a small puller to get it off.
If You find one that fits let me know.
Cheers now !

I converted my last '6 to use the A4 rear wiper arm, which looks better than the Aero:RichRS6 wrote: is there an aero wiper conversion for the rear of an avant ?
