Cambelt Relacement - When

When does the cambelt need replacing is it after 40K miles or 57K or 75K I've seen all these numbers in different places!!

Mine was approx 40k. Better safe than sorry. Certainly the main dealer who serviced it expected to do it, but I took it to Grizz!
Would have been a long and nervous 17k (35K! ) miles if I'd have gone for 57k or beyond !

I recommend 40,000 miles.

Get theromostat & water pump changed at same time.

I think audi recommends every 40k.

So 40k and very (is it) 4 years, for us low mileage types (or is it every 3)?
