Warranty Wish List

Got the car up for sale at the moment but completely torn between keeping and letting it go.

I read the thread on which warranty to get if I keep it and I will go with WD but what I would like some advice on is what I should be insisting on being covered when I speak to them?

It sounds like they vary hugely from person to person and me being a mechanical dunce I just know I'll get my eyeballs taken out without some heads up from you lot.

Any advice gratefully received.

As someone that bought recently, I'd want named components to include gearbox and engine (obviously) and DRC - since yours has been upgraded, that's less necessary but I would hope that the coilovers would be taken care of should something go wrong.

I've yet to appraise myself with all the other things are that can go wrong, and hopefully won't have to given I've got the AUC all component warranty on mine for a year.

Let us know what you decide, both on the Warranty and whether to sell up. For what its worth, I think you'd be daft to let it go just now having just spent all that hard-earned on it
