I went to see Grizz a couple of weeks ago for some bits and peices, namely DRC change out and what everelse I could afford.

I arrived at 7.30 in the morning, had a cup of coffee, and went in to Grizz's MOTer. MOT done and dusted, all arranged by Grizz so no waiting or faffing about, just in and out, first job of the day. Great stuff.

Then back nto Unit20 for th rest of the bits.

My front disks were shot to bits, but had done over 20k miles so only to be expected, and had had a hard 20k at that!

Decided to go for the "big brake upgrade" with new oEM pads.

This done, next was the DRC rip out. A nice shiney set of red H&R's fitted and set up to my requirements (5mm higher than normal H&R settings due living on a farm), Whilst this was being done the old ARB's were removed and a set of Hotchkiss ARB's were installed.

The car was then checked over by Grizz and given the green light. I was on my way home again by 5pm. The amazing thing was that the brakes, DRC and ARBs were not started untill 3pm!! This was down to a delay from athird party and nothing to do with unit20. Absolutely brilliant, to be able to do that amount of work in such a short period of time.

I have now been driving the car in its new guise for aboutr a copule of weeks and i have to say, its awesome. The brakes are face removing, it corners as if on rails, and I can now use ALL of the power.

The car was diven by Paul (B5RS4 MTM tuned) at our local meet, who drove it prior to all this work. Paul has done many many track days and a guy whose opinion I really value and trust. His verdict " Awesome".

So in short, I would highly recommend A) unit20 and Grizz, the guy is a wizzard. B) H&R coilovers, turn a boat into a train. C) Hotchkiss ARB's, eliminate roll TOTALLY. D) Th big brake upgrade is phenominal, the car just stops, everytime, no fade, no judder just stops. And finally E) Goodyear eagle F1 assymetrics. These tyres are by far the best I have ever used on ANY car. Fantastic in the dry or wet.

Thanks To Grizz and Unit 20, I have fallen in love with my car all over again.

Daniel, I assume you mean brake (a break is something the rest of EU takes in the afternoon!)

The disc that Grizz uses is the 390mm C6 RS6 disc with some hub adapters for the discs (I believe this will also fit the B4 RS4 if you are running 19" wheels).

Do you mean B5 RS4?

If so I assume they will fit a B5 S4... meaning I need to get some 19s!

Alex, did you change the calipers or just the discs (with the OEM C5 RS6 pads)?
