anyone know this mtm avant?

hi all, am toying with the idea of another rs after missing my 4 more than i thought i would
and wondered if this car was known on the forum

i have around 20k to spend but as i would be modding it a bit anyway this seems like a bargain, only problem is long trek to view it so any info would be great.

Annoyingly this was sold last week.
Just spoke to the seller thinking it's time to bit the bullet and buy!
