DRC Again or Square Wheels?

Forgive me for raising a well covered issue yet again, but, being new, I wanted to be sure of my suspicions.

I've only had the car two weeks but it has never felt smooth. There is an intermittent shuddering felt through the floor and steering wheel. This is constant at motorway speeds. Initially, I only suspected wheel balance as some DRC work (two rear dampers) had already been done at the dealers. However, a full wheel rebalance has made no difference at all.

I've now checked underneath and find that the body of both rear dampers is slightly wet with clean oil. I also get occasional noises from the rear end (of the car, I mean).

I've now booked the car in to be checked at Swindon Audi.

My questions are:
1. is this a classic symptom of DRC failure?
2. the shuddering does feel like a lack of damping but not much oil seems to have leaked, is that possible?
3. shouldn't the dampers be completely dry on the outside?

Additionally, does anyone have good/bad experiences of Audi dealers around Oxfordshire? (note: I am ruling out Oxford Audi from painful experience).

Many thanks, Graham

And yep

Camberley seems to have a good rep at the moment might be a bit of a drive but could be well worth it :D
