recently had a service at main dealer. Charged £11.75 litre and bill shows 10 litres??????? Queried this and service manager said quite right the RS takes 7.4 litres oil so we owe you refund of £33.
Guess most dealers book 10 litres on bill so get querying this and get your money back guys.
You should only be charged for what you use........... after all if you go in Starbucks and ask for coffee they don't charge you for the jar do they

Cheeky monkeys! My local dealer sneaked a V-Belt even though it was 4 weeks old!

Well, well, well - who would have thought that those nice dealer chappies would have made a mistake like that. Good point out though. I will be on to mine.

Just had to file some paperwork after having a shock replaced. It would appear I was charged for 9 units of Castrol longlife3 at £9.50 (+the VAT) at my last service.

Hi Chaps,
Just had mine serviced at a 'trusted' Audi Specialist and I supplied my own oil (10L) and there is just over 1L left in the bottle so would say it used about 9L?? Cant see why they would keep some for themselves??!!
