I like Allan having met him a few times. I very nearly bought a Ragussa green RS2 from him about 3 years ago and I've had some work done by his company before.
The reason I'm slightly surprised is that Allan's last tuning company was WRC Technologies/Weltmeister at Silverstone which recently went bust. I'm not surprised to hear he's back though it is pretty quick. I don't know why he said his mate wrote the Revo code though as I also know (slightly) the guys who broke away from APR Europe to start Revo and he isn't one of them, but maybe he does know them.
All up he certainly isn't dodgy or to be avoided in my experience, in fact I'm glad so hear he's bounced back so quick.

Allan has nothing to do with Revo anymore and if he has access to Revo software it's not legitimatley, I know the other guy he's talking about and he's nothing to do with Revo either... but does have tuning equipment. It sounds as though someone's trying to use the brand to sell their own stuff.
