18 inch Wheels and tyres

Having sold my RS6 I will shortly be offering a set of wheels for sale (in the appropriate forum and elsewhere) - these were purchased by me to enable fitting of snow chains when I took the car to the Alps. The standard 19 inch wheels dont accept chains....

I have found this forum extremely useful during my ownership of the RS6 and happy to give someone here first dibbs.

Alloys - with tyres - and chains !! Have not thought of price yet and hence not yet posted on the 'for sale' forum as still waiting for the dealers to come and collect the 19-inchers that need to go back on the car that they now own.

Let get some more details and pics for you and will pm you if that is ok.

I will be very reasonable on price and obviously would be delighted to have a quick and hassle-free sale !!! What part of the counrty do you live in ??

From memory its just two of them - pretty sure I had them on the front two. I recall the handbook gives the details as the Euro RS6's all come with the 18inch wheels as standard and hence reason UK owners initially believe chains can be installed as the handbooks are identical even though the cars are specced differently.

I am hoping the dealer will be swapping the wheels over this weekend when will let you have more details.
