Does anyone have any information on the numbers sold in the UK for each production year? - avant and saloon.
(I'm aware that there were just 999 Plus Avants made)

I dont know mate, but I found this on the net !!
"While about 8000 RS6s were produced worldwide, approximately 1,200 units were sold in North America. A small community of RS6 owners exists in North America and some refer to the vehicle as "The Beast" or "The Lord of the Rings" (in reference to Audi's interlocking ring logo). RS stands for RennSport - Racing in German, fitting as the RS line of cars from Audi are the most performance oriented of all Audis."

No information on UK sales, I'm afraid but, trying to interpret the VIN info in ETKA, I think that total production figures were something like:
2003 MY (July 03 - May 04) ~4600
2004 MY (June 04 - May 05) ~1800
2005 MY (April 05 - Sep 05) ~40 standard, ~460 plus
All of the 2005 MY production was Avants, whilst a few saloons would have been produced April - May 05, still on MY 04 VINs.
I am certainly convinced that 'plus' production never reached anything near the 999 limit which was set.
