Anyone got an email contact for someone reasonably high up? Been having some problems getting replacement front shocks fitted.
Story is.......
1. Took car for inspection on 12th April, following grumbling noise from front. Car re-booked in for 2 new front dampers on 3rd May.
2. 3rd May - told tool to fit them has broken. Will call me once new tool arrived.
3. No call rec'd so I call them for update in mid-June and they are still waiting for the "tool".
4. Make another call at beginning of July and told that tool just arrived. Book car in again for 19th July.
5. Today am told that they cannot fit dampers as need new "tube" for dampers. This will take 7-10 days to come from Germany. I ask for written report on problem.
Anyone else experienced similar hassles getting new shocks?

I have been waiting two weeks now for a replacement suspension accumulator .....
