Was a 7 seat an option for the RS6?
Does anybody know of a car that had the extra 2 seats fitted to the back?

No, there was never a 7 seat option. I think on the standard A6, the 7 seat was at the expense of losing the spare wheel. In the case of the RS6, it's the battery which takes up that space - I don't think you'd get very far without that.

There is a 7 seat option on the E55 AMG if you are looking for a fast estate.
