In the service booklet of my RS6 there is a list of codes applicable to my car. Where can I access the corresponding descriptions?
eg how do I check EXACT leather colour so I can re-colour?

You can take the book to the dealers -- the parts dept can translate the trim codes into Colour names for you.

If you would like a full printout of what is and what isnt fitted to your vehicle PM me your full chassis number and I'll print it off for you - It'll even tell you the date the car was built!

Can you do this for VWs too as I'd just love the satisfaction of knowing that the upgrade to sports suspension has indeed gone on that and is not adding to the dealer's margin. You might think I should be able to tell, but there weren't any 20" wheels available on sports suspension to test drive, so don't know how much is down to low profile tyres. If anything, the ride is still a bit too soft for me.

Thanks
