Not sure of the differences, as my RS6 has Silver Silk Nappa leather, but you could try Liquid Leather (just do a web search as i can't recall the URL). Used it a couple of weeks ago on mine & the internal leather came up a treat. Get the cleaner & conditioner & use exactly as it says on the bottle & you'll be well pleased with the results.

apprently it's not finished in the same way as yours mate, so as to retain a more natural feel/look, so maybe i need to research this a bit more!!

Even so, leather is leather no matter what levels of naturality it retains.

Liquid leather is not specifically designed for silk nappa leather, it's used on any leather surface, including classic cars. Check out their website or give them a call.

Used this on my silver nappa recaros and it worked a treat - the seats weren't as slippy afterwards, which is often a complaint of nappa leather, especially when the corners come up and you end up wedging your left leg against the side of the dash to stop yourself sliding around!

My 6+ apparently comes with Natural leather as I was unable to choose black alcantara inserts (even though they were produced for the silver 6+) and didn't want the default silver alcantara inserts with kids in the car. Anyway, the leather I actually have seems a whole lot smoother than the sample of natural leather that came with the car/cleaning kit. The black seats don't appear to have discoloured (although there are some natural blemishes), but will probably apply Autoglym's leather product unless any of you tell me it's crap.

Jeeves, I really would give Liquid Leather a try - it has an amazing ability to get rid of the majority of the fine creases you get after thousands of miles and lots of getting in and out of the car. I've got the Autoglym leather treatment too, but it doesn't seem as effective (and is twice the price!).

Thanks for the tip Nige. Will give the LL a go and save the Autoglym for the Cricket leather I've got in the other car. Any suggestions for cleaning alcantara headlining of suede steering wheel. Did try wet wipes on steering wheel after some fast food (just in case), the suede went crusty for a wheel until it smoothed off. It's now smoother than ever, but inevitably will need a clean-up at some stage. (Had an alcantara wheel on an RS4 some years ago but I heard they went a bit bald over time).

Cheers

Adam
