Which Chip

Post by atourtel » Sat May 01, 2004 7:20 am

I am looking to upgrade my RS6 and would appreciate any input in to which chip to go for MTM/ABT/AMD etc

Is ther a chip out there that can be switched to standard mode when required.

Cheers

Yes! :D

The REVO software http://www.revotechnik.com/uk/ukrevo.html is about the most undetectable and can be switched to stock at anytime using an SPS1.

If you buy an SPS3 you get the luxury of being able to play with your own boost and timing (whithin limits) and a total immobiliser mode in which even if the theif has your keys the car won't start, even if they change the ECU!

the power is very good, however they've had a few issues with the gearbox mapping which they are currently working on and will have sorted soon.

I've got it on my car (albeit I'm running stock at the moment waiting for the g/b stuff to be sorted properly) and am well pleased.
