Progress Rs6 to plus spec

Post by skinflintcustoms » Wed Mar 05, 2025 7:56 pm

As you would of seen from previous posts, I bought this car in terrible condition, we have been working on it for a few months now weather permitting and it is nearly ready for the first test drive, just waiting on the wheels to return from the paint Shop, we have gone for Titan grey to offset the Nogaro blue, most things are sorted now thankfully we got it for a silly price so the invested money will be worth it!

a couple of pics attached it was a bit Dark but you can see the diffrence.

It’s coming together nicely
How did you get on with the slider seals for the MAF’s? Still a good idea?

@Craig, the seals have been fine good readings on Vagcom, I havent tried them on the road yet as we only just got the wheels back, we have a gearbox service booked for friday so I will test it over the weekend, hopefully all good I did damage one of the seals as the airbox has been in and out so many times replaced now though.
wheels are back on now its looking good.

Wheels look amazing against the colour of the car, good choice!
