Does anyone else have problems getting parts that you have paid for from this guy.
Or am I just the lucky one.
Ordered and paid for a glovebox on 05/02/25.

Says he has posted it. Nothing arrives
Chase it up. You will definitely get it by the end of the week. Nothing arrives.

Chase it up again. Then Won’t return your emails.

Forum member on here intervenes.
Refund and blocked (17/02/25)

So he was lying all the time. Parcel was never sent.

Had similar issues with this guy in the past. Eventually he apologised. So I thought lets start with a clean slate.

Had to laugh at the “I am not Amazon Pal” remark.
Amazon have never taken 14 days delivery in my experience.
Amazon have never told me a parcel had been sent when it hasn’t.

Hi Craig. The lock and plastic lock holder are broken.
If they are replaceable then a door (Black) including lock/handle would suffice.
Alternatively a complete glovebox.

Garage Removed mine to do the a/c drain. Not sure but I think this was when it was broken.

Many thanks mate.
Ps mine is R/H drive. The lock is on the opposite side.

Craig I have just ordered one. Less than half the price of that paid to Steve Green.
I am told it’s off a RS6 C5 and no breakages.
Fingers crossed mate. I think I am sorted. Should get it by end of this week.
That should be how all business is conducted.
You buy something, pay for it, and the seller sends it and provides tracking details. SIMPLES.

Ps. Just for the hell of it . I removed my glovebox to see what it entailed.
It was off in under 10 mins.
Remove 3 screws at the top (door open)
Remove 2 screws underneath
And voila job done.

Bought the glovebox Monday from eBay.
Tuesday message from Royal Mail. Parcel will be delivered on Wednesday. Tracking number confirmed.

It’s that simple.

Unfortunately there are some people out there that shouldn’t be in business. I hate liars, and telling customers that have paid you, that you have sent the items (knowing that you haven’t) is just disgusting.

Wasted 12 days with Steve Green. Despite him saying that they were posted several times. He knew damn well that he hadn’t sent them.
I started to be concerned when I asked for the tracking number and got no reply.
Then asked for the postal receipt and again no reply.

First thing to ask for is the tracking number when they say they have posted it. Paypal is useful in this case as you can always get a refund if they don't supply the item within a reasonable time. They can't control the refund either.

Glovebox just arrived from eBay. It’s in extremely good condition. Complete and no damage.
Getting it fitted tomorrow.
Another job done.

Hi Steve - glad this has a happy ending :-)

Hopefully the part numbers are the same? Those glove boxes come in Onyx black and Soul black and I've never been able to see the difference on-screen.

Craig

Hi Craig. I believe it’s soul black. Which is good because my interior Is soul black.

The guy I bought it off said he only strips RS6 c5,s
Maybe a source of future parts.
I will look into it.
Great guy to do business with.
Does what he says.

Ps I had a couple of hospital appointments this week.
So the glovebox is being fitted on Saturday.

What really annoys me with Steve Green. HE sets the timescale, then HE gets annoyed with you, when HE doesn’t fulfill HIS side of the transaction.
For example
HE said it would be posted on Wednesday for Friday Delivery.
HE didn’t.
Then HE tells you it will be posted for delivery by the end of the following week.
It wasn’t
Then HE refunds the money and blocks you. For chasing delivery of a part that HE never posted. Even though he tells you multiple times that it’s been posted.

HE is just an out and out liar.
