More front caliper drama, well question, reallly

So , I got new brake pads all around and was excited to slap them in…
The front pins were rusted in and after hours of trying WD-40 and heat, I wound up drilling them out. Insane how rusted those pins were. A 5 minute job turned into hours of swearing… (talking about pounding the pins out with a punch , as the 5 minute job, since the wheels were already off and the car on jack stands)…
Long story short: do you recommend anti seize or grease when installing the new pins?
The new pins almost look like stainless steel or just shiny ($90 a side, but it doesn’t say if they are stainless), but would like to avoid this nightmare for the next change.
Grease would keep the water off, maybe but then what if they slide out from vibration? The clips do apply outer pressure to the pins and they have that stupid collar tough…
