Places that supply parts for our cars

Post by Frazz82 » Fri Jun 07, 2024 9:26 am

I am looking for places in the UK or Europe that supply parts for these cars. I have used All German Parts and Autodoc in the past but wondered if there was anymore places that can supply parts for these as I am finding it increasingly difficult to get parts when it needs something.

Parts in Motion in the UK do some. I got my handbrake cable from them.

There is another big site called Trodo that is in Norway. They list alternates quite comprehensively but some are weird. I've not bought from them yet as I generally use Autodoc even though they are randomly annoyingly slow for no reason.

A lot is NLA or superseded so you have to be really good at looking for alternates and knowing what cars things are used on too. It is getting a bit like hard work trying to get things now.

Good old Fleabay is another source.

Is there a way to cross reference the old part numbers if they have been superseded.

Autodoc often has the part numbers listed including old ones so I usually just check that then search for some of the alternates to see if they pop up in more places.

We did this list a while back.
Hope you find it of use.
