I havent watched it yet but hes paid £12.5k for a sub 70k miles car thats been sat since 2013 looking at the mileage.

Ooh nice. £12.5k seems a lot but maybe the values are going up.

I’d want full cambelt change, coolant swap, brake fluid change and gearbox service if it’s been sitting for 5 years.

Agreed, however with the extra servicing done it looks like a nice example. We all know they (like most cars ) need continuous maintenance. Good ones are getting rare.

I think they bought it in 2020 or 2021 and was sold about a year ago, when prices where stronger.

Not a bad episode at all and, in my opinion, showed the RS in a very good light and looks like a great example. Is it a plus or just dressed as one?

How many times do you think they had to clear all the nuisance fault codes (door locks…)?

Anyone else want to beat Mike “the butcher” with his mop while doing the lights? The inner detailer in me was crying inside.

Did anyone think they were going to get the cooler pipes off without splitting the cooler?

Is the new owner part of the group?

Too true. I was going to put that as well. But thought better of it.
And I also know where the maf,s are located now.
