Does either of you guys need a battery? I replaced my battery last month thinking it was knackered - turns out the battery was fine, it was my charger that was knackered.
It's old, but as far as I can tell still serviceable, I just wasn't driving the car enough and my ctek charger was broken.

Happy to let either of you guys have it if it's of any use, otherwise I'll procastinate for another 3 months before getting round to taking it to the dump.
(Actually, I'll probably just leave it out the front of the house and the pikeys'll take it for me)

🤣 Thanks Matt, that’s very kind of you.

To be honest I probably will need a new battery once she’s ready for the road again but as I don’t know when this will be I’ll pass on it. If the pikeys don’t take it by the time the cars ready though I’ll come and collect it.

Get an inverter and use the battery as a power source when the power cuts start this winter. :)

I’ve got 19kw of batteries plugged in to the house already!
And a generator somewhere in the garage

Cheers for the thought, but after the not-unexpected news from RD Garage last night regarding the realities of putting the old girl on the road, no thanks :(. Also, I have a really good condition battery that will possibly be coming out of mine soon!
