Well this morning I set about swapping my fuel pump set up over. Nice easy job to be fair.

Taking out the standard single pump and cradle to exchange it for a twin in tank pump set up. This new set up is capable of supporting 980bhp so plenty for once I have built my engine

What about the main pump? Are you leaving that standard?

The main pump is getting pulled out as not need with this setup

Will just fit a fuel filter in its place.

Wow that's a serious wiring connector there! Race/mil spec looking.

RS Components sell lots of milspec connectors. I considered using some of them when I built my boat, but it was hard to justify the cost difference. Some of the 30 way ones I was looking at were mental money.

Will Rene rebuild the motor?

Being in Holland, I have that idea in my head for some distant future.

Looks like he has a good solution for the pita maf setup. Too bad he's on the other side of the world for me :-(

He does do engine builds. Although he’s not building mine.

Today I finished off my dual in-tank fuel pump set up. Running both the outlet hoses down to where the secondary fuel pump is/was housed. Then into a 3 way connection to a new bigger fuel filter then onto the standard under car fuel line.

Running this dual fuel pump setup means I no longer require the external fuel pump. So I have removed all this and replaced everything in that area with just one bigger fuel filter.
