After the issue I had previously with the manual flywheel, I have recieved a new one, checked the trigger phase before refitting, all is well.
Refitted everything back into the car to a point it could be started.
Still no start, crank is reading 160rpm upon cranking, fuel is getting in, sparks are working if removed and placed against engine earth, timing is correct, I can assume air is getting in as the mafs have no filter on them.
Only faults I have are things that are unplugged or don’t exist on the engine anymore plus some others due to the conversion.
Left/right engine mount - unplugged
Barometric pressure sensor - unplugged
Boost pressure sensor - no intercooler plumbed in currently.
N75 - air leaks
Rear lambda’s - non existent anymore
Boost control valve - unplugged
Coolant fan control 1/2 - unplugged / not there anymore
Databus missing messsge from - A/C, ABS, TCU, instrument cluster.
My s8 doesn’t run canbus but can’t see how the missing messages would stop a start up on these engines?
Ecu has immobiliser disabled
Any one got any ideas?
