So I just got the P0741: Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance/Stuck Off code on my Silver 2003 RS6. The car itself doesn't have any noticeable symptoms. Drives fine. I did a data log and I don't see any strange RPM/Engine Load numbers. I don't have an advanced scan tool that would allow me to view the Converter RPM compared to the Input Shaft speed RPM. If anyone has had this error on this car and gone through the process of fixing it, I would greatly appreciate to hear your story.
Here is a link to the data log from my BlueDriver:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ERKYmO ... sp=sharing It's mostly highway driving between 60-80mph.

I’d do an atf and filter change to see how the fluid looks. Most of the time the torque converter dtc are the harbingers of box replacement.

and by box replacement, do you mean the torque converter or the entire trans?

Whole transmission. Where are you? USA? You’ve got some options out there.

I think this is the best result in the circumstances. There are good cars out there, but I get why you might be reticent.
You could try an E92 M3. Good cars. Brutal performance and I reckon they will appreciate.
