DBL checking transmission level check
DBL checking transmission level check
Hi team, can I get confirmation that to check the fluid level I should get the transmission temp to about 35degC, open fill plug and should see a slight trickle?
Re: DBL checking transmission level check
Start the engine from cold.
Open the fill plug (the big one).
Observe ATF temp on VCDS. When it gets to 35 it should be trickling out. If it starts coming out at 25 it wouldn't worry me particularly. If it doesn't come out at 35 then your level is low.
Close plug.
